Oppo has revealed official photographs of its latest flagship phone, the Find X5 series. The business shared images of the smartphone in black and white, as well as information about its debut event, which will take place at 6 a.m. ET on February 24th, just before of Mobile World Congress 2022 in Barcelona.
The Find X5 Pro has previously been extensively leaked, with the Hasselblad collaboration and branding disclosed in a hands-on shot last month. Oppo made the Hasselblad relationship public earlier this week, after the photography company's agreement with Oppo sub-brand OnePlus last year.
The Find X5 Pro boasts a "cutting-edge camera like no other" and a "futuristic flagship design" constructed of a "beautifully unique ceramic substance," according to Oppo. Aside from the Hasselblad collaboration, the oddly curved camera bump reads "Powered by MariSilicon," a nod to Oppo's freshly created in-house neural processing unit, the MariSilicon X.
According to the firm, it "overcomes smartphone video capture's most difficult hurdle - nighttime recording." In a press statement, Oppo also reveals that the Find X5 Pro will be powered by Qualcomm's latest flagship-grade CPU, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. More official details about the remainder of the phone's specs and features, however, will have to wait until the February 24th launch event.
