WIIT to organize a conference on \'Safer Internet Access for Girls\'

Women in Information Technology (WIIT) is going to organize a conference on 'Safer Internet Access for Girls' in collaboration with Girls in Tech Nepal and Living with ICT.

The event will be held on the occasion of International Girls in ICT Day 2022 on the 28 ^th of April, 2022 from 2 pm to 6 pm at the Alice Conference, Bakhundol, Lalitpur. The conference will focus on the safe use of the Internet for women.

WIIT is organizing this conference to protect women from the negative effects and impacts of the Internet as women are vulnerable to online sexual abuse, exploitation, cyberbullying, cyber grooming, phishing, and sex ransom if they do not use information technology properly and safely.
