Fonepay Payment Services Limited, Nepal's leading payment system operator, has achieved ISO 27001: 2013 certification. Fonepay's high-quality services have been certified by ISO (Information Security Management) 27001: 2013. This type of authentication also shows that all transactions conducted through Fonepay are safe and secure, and that the company is dedicated to safeguarding the personal information of paying customers.

Fonepay Chief Executive Officer Diwas Sapkota said after the ISO certification, " Fonepay is dedicated to ensuring that the general public can conduct business in a secure environment. Phone transactions include interbank fund transfers, hub payments, and other services.

Nepal Rastra Bank has licensed Fonepay Payment Services Limited as a leading and reputable payment system operator in Nepal. There are 60 banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers in the Fonepay network. Likewise, Fonepay currently has around 7 lakh merchants. Fonepay has been providing services to over 14 million mobile banking users and payment service providers via mobile apps.
