In collaboration with CE Brands, Motorola is preparing to unveil the Moto Watch 100, a new wearable. The smartwatch's production specifics are revealed in a CE Brands investor report, while the Moto Watch 100's specifications and features are revealed in an operating update road plan and FCC listing. In November of this year, the new smartwatch will go into commercial production. CE Brands and Motorola are also planned to release the Moto Watch 200 and Moto Watch 100S in 2022, according to the manufacturing roadmap.
According to a CE Brands investor news release dated October 21, the Moto Watch 100 will be the company's next wristwatch. 9to5Google was the first to report on the development. The wearable is believed to have an entry-level price tag but a luxury feel to it. In November 2021, it is expected to go into mass production. CE Brands and Motorola, on the other hand, have not revealed the specific launch date or availability of the Moto Watch 100. The design of the smartwatch is seen in a new CE Brands operating update.
The Moto Watch 100 will have a circular display and two oval buttons on the right side, according to the update. The wearable was formerly known as the Motorola G Smartwatch and was set to debut in June. According to the 9to5Google story, an FCC listing also offers facts regarding the Moto Watch 100. The wearable is water resistant to 5ATM, according to the listing. The smartwatch's casing is claimed to be made of aluminum. It's also equipped with a heart rate sensor. For connection, the Moto Watch 100 is rumored to have GPS and Bluetooth v5.2.
The smartphone is also said to have a 355mAh battery, according to the description. According to the description, the forthcoming smartwatch will be available in Phantom Black and Steel Silver colors. Wear OS is also rumored to be used by the Moto Watch 100. Aside from the Moto Watch 100, CE Brands' operating roadmap also includes the Moto Watch 100S and Moto Watch 200. In the first quarter of 2022, both wearables will be available. The Moto Watch 100S has a similar style to the Moto Watch 100, whereas the Moto Watch 200 resembles an Apple Watch sans the digital crown.
