Huawei announced the MateBook E (2022) 2-in-1 notebook on 17 th of November, 2021. The MateBook E (2022) has a 12.6-inch OLED display and runs Windows 11. Huawei's latest 2-in-1 device is powered by an Intel Core i7-1160G7 CPU, which is the 11th generation. Huawei also launched the Huawei VR Glass 6DoF Game Set, which is the company's latest virtual reality (VR) gear for gamers. To enhance immersive experiences, the headgear comes with specialized controls. The Shenzhen-based business introduced its new items at an event where it also unveiled the Huawei Watch GT Runner, its latest wristwatch.

Huawei MateBook E (2022) Specifications:

The Huawei MateBook E (2022) 2-in-1 notebook comes pre-installed with Windows 11. It comes with a 12.6-inch OLED display with a resolution of 2,600x1,600 pixels, a 16:10 aspect ratio, and a screen-to-body ratio of 90 percent. The display also boasts a pixel density of 240ppi and can handle up to 10 touch inputs at once. The MateBook E (2022) also includes a detachable keyboard and supports Huawei's second-generation M-Pencil.

The Huawei MateBook E (2022) is equipped with an 11th-generation Intel Core i7-1160G7 CPU, Intel Iris Xe graphics, and up to 16GB of LPDDR4x RAM. Up to 512GB of PCIe NVMe SSD storage is also available. Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth v5.1 are among the connectivity choices available on the MateBook E. A Thunderbolt 4 (USB Type-C) port and a 3.5mm headphone jack are also included. The phone also has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera and a 13-megapixel back-facing camera.

The Huawei MateBook E (2022) comes with four speakers and microphones. A fingerprint sensor is also embedded into the power button. The Huawei VR 6DoF Game Set is a follow-up to the Huawei VR Glass, which debuted in 2019. The headset unit is equipped with two 2.1-inch fast LCD displays with a monocular resolution of 1,600x1,600 pixels and a binocular resolution of 3,200x1,600 pixels.

When used with a mobile device, the screens feature a total pixel density of 1,058ppi and a refresh rate of 70Hz or 90Hz when used with a PC. The VR Glass headgear has three sensors: an accelerometer, a gyroscope, and a proximity sensor. The 6DoF vision module also features an accelerometer, gyroscope, and a dedicated camera for detecting motions and analyzing the surrounding environment, according to Huawei. The gamepad controls, on the other hand, include an accelerometer, capacitive proximity sensor, compass, gyroscope, and magnetometer. A joystick key and a menu key, as well as a trigger button and the normal A and B keys, are included in the gamepad controls.

An Intel Core i5 model with 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD costs CNY 6,999 (approximately Rs. 130,336), while an Intel Core i7 model with the same 16GB RAM and 512GB SSD costs CNY 7,999 (roughly Rs. 148,956). It comes in two colorways: Interstellar Blue and Nebula Ash. The Huawei VR 6DoF Game Set costs CNY 3,999 (approximately Rs. 74,469) and comes in only one color: black.

In terms of availability, the Huawei VR Glass 6DoF Game Set will be on sale in China on November 26. However, the Huawei MateBook E (2022) will be available in the nation beginning December 1. The Huawei MateBook E (2022) and VR Glass 6DoF Game Set will not be available in the United States until later this year.
