The creator of PUBG: Battlegrounds, Krafton, has released version 15.2, which adds drones to the famous battle royale game. The upgrade is already available on public test servers, and it will be released to live servers next week. In addition to drones and new lesson modes, the latest update includes a slew of tactical gear. The Win94 and VSS guns in PUBG: Battlegrounds have also been improved. In addition, Krafton has updated the game's mini-map by making it more detailed. A new lobby motif has also been added to the battle royale game.
Krafton revealed new tactical gear, game types, and other enhancements for PUBG: Battlegrounds in a blog post, and they will be available in the 15.2 release. Players will be able to access it on December 12 when it has been uploaded to live public servers. Players will be able to scout a map using the new drones, which may spawn in any map. In standard matches, custom games, Training Mode, and Sandbox Mode, players will be allowed to use drones.
Drones may also pick up stuff and return it to the person in control. Toggling on a Drone View allows players to launch the drones. Drones, on the other hand, are not covert since they produce noise when flying and feature a distinctive flashing light. While in Drone View, players will be unable to move about, and once out, the drone will hover in its present location.
Drones also have a 300-meter operational radius around the individual commanding them. Gunfire, explosives, fire, water, exceeding operational radius, and vehicle accident can all cause damage. A practice range has also been added by Krafton, allowing players to fine-tune their aiming and shooting abilities. In training mode, the indoor practice range was constructed. A moving target practice mode and a pop-up target practice mode are also included.
The Win94 and VSS guns in PUBG: Battlegrounds are also getting upgrades. Both weapons may now be used without scopes, making them more suited to close-range combat. VSS receives canted sight, whereas Win94 gets iron sight. In addition, Krafton has upgraded the screen ping marker, which will no longer be available in Ranked or Esports modes.
