Realme confirmed the Realme Q3s and the Realme GT Neo 2T would launch on October 19 at 2 p.m. CST (11:30 a.m. IST) in a post on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo.
The launch date has been finalized for the month of December. The Realme Q3s will be available in two color options: Blue and Purple, according to the launch date article. The forthcoming Realme Q3s will have an LCD display with customizable refresh rates, according to another Realme post on Weibo. 30Hz, 48Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, 90Hz, 120Hz, and 144Hz refresh rates will be available on the smartphone. These variable refresh rates may be adjusted to meet the smartphone's usage, moving between smooth and power-saving modes. A DCI-P3 movie wide color gamut will be added to the display, delivering a rich and vibrant color representation.
HDR10 is also supported on the Realme Q3s, with 4096 levels of precise dimming. Last month, Realme Product Director Wang Wei Derek indicated that the Realme Q3s will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC in a post on Weibo. Derek also said that this will be a substantial improvement to the smartphone, since the Realme Q3 is powered on the Snapdragon 750G SoC, which was released in April. A Realme smartphone with the model number RMX3461/ RMX3463 was found with a TENAA listing last month. The listing, which was discovered by Playfuldroid, revealed several of the smartphone's major specs.
The Realme smartphone will have a 6.59-inch full-HD+ (1,080x2,412 pixel) LTPS display with a hole-punch cutout, according to the description. According to reports, the processor will be coupled with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage, which will be extendable through a microSD card. The Realme smartphone will include a triple back camera with a 48-megapixel main sensor and two 2-megapixel sensors, according to the listing.
