The OnePlus 9RT is expected to have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 120Hz display. Pete Lau shared a brief history of the OnePlus T series on Weibo on Thursday, beginning with the introduction of the OnePlus 3T in 2016 and ending with the OnePlus 8T. He hinted that, unlike previous models, the firm will release a T series phone with a new name, which is most likely a reference to the OnePlus 9RT. The executive ends the teaser by stating that additional information will be released on Friday.
Meanwhile, Weibo threw cold water on the company's ambitions by revealing that the post was created with the OnePlus 9RT. This verifies the phone's name, which has been circulating through the media. The OnePlus 9RT has been rumored as the company's next phone for over two months. It's expected to arrive in China this month. Some certification sites have indicated at the OnePlus 9RT's development in China.

The OnePlus 9RT is expected to sport a full-HD+ display with a hole-punch design and a 120Hz refresh rate, according to rumors. An octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX766 main camera sensor are reportedly expected on the phone. It's also reported to operate on Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS 12. In addition, the OnePlus 9RT might include a 4,500mAh battery and support for 65W fast charging. Along with the OnePlus 9RT, OnePlus is rumored to be working on a OnePlus 9RT Joint Edition, which might be released next month and will be unique to China. The OnePlus Buds Z2 may be ready as the company's next true wireless stereo (TWS) earphones, which might be released alongside the OnePlus 9RT later this month.
Pricing:
According to a recent report, the OnePlus 9RT would cost between CNY 2,000 and CNY 3,000. The phone is also claimed to be available in three colors.
