Motorola is rumored to be working on a new smartphone with a selfie camera built into the display. It's possible that the next Moto phone will be released with the Moto Edge X30 and Moto Edge S30. The Moto Edge X30 will be released next week, while the Moto Edge S30 is expected to be released later this month, according to Motorola. Companies like as Samsung, Xiaomi, and ZTE have recently introduced their under-display selfie camera phones.
However, the technology is still in its infancy, and companies have yet to adopt it. Motorola is allegedly working on a strange phone with an under-display selfie camera, according to a Weibo tip. Along with the Moto Edge X30 and Moto Edge S30, the new phone is rumored to be in the works.
ZTE was one of the first manufacturers to embrace the under-display selfie camera technology, unveiling the Axon 20 5G as the first commercial model with the new front-facing snapper in September of last year. However, because of the difficulties in covering the selfie camera with on-screen pixels, this strategy had little impact on other manufacturers. Xiaomi Mix 4 arrived as Xiaomi's first under-display selfie camera phone months after the ZTE Axon 20 5G was released. Motorola has yet to provide specifics on how it will deliver the new technology.
Also unknown is the name of the speculated phone and if it will be part of an existing series. In the meanwhile, Motorola has announced that the Moto Edge X30 will be released. The phone will make its debut in China after a week i.e. on 9th of December, 2021. It will be the company's first phone to include the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC, which was just released. The Moto 30 Ultra might be the global name for the Moto Edge X30.
