InfoDevelopers, a company that has been developing software in various fields for the past 19 years, and City Express Money Transfer, a leading remittance company in Nepal for more than a decade, have signed an agreement. The agreement aims to bring digital remittance technology to cooperatives and microfinance institutions. Chief Executive Officer Umesh Raghuvanshi on behalf of InfoDevelopers and Managing Director Chandra Tandon on behalf of City Express signed the agreement.
City Express Money Transfer has partnered with InfoDevelopers to launch a digital remittance service. Customers will be able to send money across the country without hassle and receive remittances easily and securely using the 'mDabali' mobile banking platform developed by InfoDevelopers, a leading software developer in the financial sector.
eSewa Remit and Citi Express Money Transfer are now available to mDabali mobile banking users. InfoDevelopers' Chief Executive Officer, Umesh Raghubanshi, stated that the company will soon join other reputable remittance service providers in Nepal. Through its mobile banking platform, mDabali is successfully providing digital banking services to cooperatives and MFIs in collaboration with leading payment service providers in the country (e-Sewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Prabhu Pay).
Cooperative and microfinance members can now transfer money from their accounts to the accounts of various banks and financial institutions in Nepal using the mDabali Mobile Banking platform. Members can also use this service from home to transfer balances, view statements, obtain and pay loan information, and recharge their phones, internet, and television. Likewise, Q.R. is used to pay for electricity and drinking water bills, as well as to purchase airline tickets. They can also pay for phone calls, insurance premiums, school bills, and other expenses from any location.
