Vivo, a smartphone manufacturer, is preparing to release the S10 and S10 Pro, two new smartphones. The smartphone will be the Vivo S9's successor. While the Vivo S10 and S10 Pro have been the subject of much speculation, Vivo has now confirmed that the Vivo S10 will be released in China on July 15.
The official poster for the Vivo S10 series has been released by Gizmochina. On the poster, the brand ambassador, Lisa from the Blackpink K-pop group, is seen holding the phone in its Gradient Blue finish.The finish is similar to that of the Vivo S9 series, which it succeeds. The smartphone in the poster is the Vivo S10 Pro, according to some Chinese text on the poster.The poster also confirms that the triple rear camera setup is led by a 108-megapixel primary sensor, in addition to the smartphone's color.
The 5G-enabled smartphone is expected to have two cameras: a 64-megapixel rear camera in the S10 and a 108-megapixel camera in the S10 Pro. The Vivo S10 Pro is expected to sport a 6.44-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and a larger notch to accommodate the dual front-facing cameras.
The Dimensity 1100 processor is expected to power the smartphone. It's a much-improved MediaTek 6nm-based chipset that's comparable to Qualcomm's Snapdragon 870. The S10 Pro is expected to come with two RAM options: 8 GB and 12 GB LPDDR4x RAM. The storage capacity has yet to be revealed. It will, however, have UFS 3.1 storage.
The S10 and S10 Pro will enable 44W fast charging, which can charge the battery to 38 percent in 15 minutes. The two smartphones are extremely slim, measuring 7.35mm thick and weighing only 173 grams.The devices will run on Android 11 with the OriginOS 1.0 user interface and are expected to have features such as an in-screen fingerprint sensor and NFC.
