Google’s iPhone app for wirelessly switching to Android will be ready for Pixel owners in a few weeks

Anyone transferring from an iPhone to an Android smartphone is concerned with more than just green bubbles; they also want to transfer as much data as possible. Google now has designed an iOS app called Switch to Android to get the job done wirelessly.

Last week, Switch to Android appeared on the App Store, but it's unlisted, so you'll need the link to find it. According to TechCrunch, Google is beginning to roll out the app to the general public, although it may take some time before you can use it.

Ivy Hunt, a Google spokesman, told that the rollout should be finished in a few weeks. What we're waiting for is a Pixel device update that will allow us to use the app. The software will be accessible in markets where Pixel phones are sold once the handsets are ready.

The Switch to Android app will be able to start the transfer process by displaying a QR code on the iPhone, which your Pixel will be able to scan and begin loading images, movies, contacts, and calendar events without the use of "fussy cords" once it's turned on.
